What we want to achieve

We are offering 1 trainee position – Transnational Labour Counsellor – within the framework of the European project Transnational Migrant Counselling for Decent Work – TRAM4DW, implemented in Spain by the Complutense University of Madrid and ACCESOphia, and funded by the European Union.

This traineeship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in transnational labour orientation and migrant counselling, supporting fair mobility and decent work across Europe.

Responsibilities&Benefits

– Receive training in transnational labour orientation with a Certificate of Participation

– Provide information and counselling to support European labour mobility

– Deliver talks/workshops and support project dissemination (including social media)

– Receive personalized coaching and mentoring

– Participate in training & networking activities and international exchange events

– Contribute to the project network building and provide administrative support

Requirements

Academic Background (preferred fields):
Social Work, Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Education, Sociology, Human Resources, Law, or related disciplines. Additional training in career guidance, HR management, or migration will be considered an asset.

Professional Profile:
Previous experience in areas related to academic background, migration, or labour guidance will be valued.

Languages:

– Strong command of Spanish and English (required)

– Ukrainian, Bulgarian, or German will be considered an asset

Skills:

– Digital skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

– Communication and social media management skills

– Intercultural competencies and teamwork

– Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

About the Project:

Addressing the Europe-wide shortage of qualified workers in sectors like construction, agriculture or care services, TRAM4DW project aims at improving the labour and social participation of mobile workers in the EU by building preventive counselling capacities and strengthening the right to decent work.

Funded by the Erasmus + programme and under the lead of the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW Hamburg), the project is implemented by a partnership consisting of nine organisations – universities, research centre and NGOs – from five countries: Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Bulgaria and Ukraine.
